Stow was built around the idea of creating something genuinely unique, a space that delivers high-end service and incredible food cooked over an open fire in a space that feels both relaxed and inviting. The design celebrates the existing architectural features of the building, pairing the raw materiality of exposed brick and concrete, with soft considered lighting and rich upholstered furnishings. With the customer experience always top of mind, the design naturally evolved around one key concept: ensuring there’s no such thing as a bad seat in the house.
