Stow was built around the idea of creating something genuinely unique, a space that delivers exceptional hospitality and ingredient-led cuisine cooked over an open fire, within a space that feels both refined and effortlessly welcoming.

The design celebrates the existing architectural features of the building, pairing the raw materiality of exposed brick and concrete, with soft considered lighting and rich upholstered furnishings. With the customer experience always top of mind, the design naturally evolved around one key concept: ensuring there’s no such thing as a bad seat in the house.

Now recognised in the Michelin Guide, Stow has established itself as a leading destination within Manchester’s hospitality scene.
